I’ve never really exercised. Am I too out of shape to start?

Often the opposite is true — people without a long exercise history can benefit most clearly, because there are no compensatory patterns from years of doing the wrong thing. You start from a cleaner slate. Many committed long-term clients began as complete beginners in their 50s and 60s. The early sessions move slowly and deliberately, which can feel surprisingly challenging — not because anything is strenuous, but because conscious, controlled movement asks something different of the nervous system than we’re used to.
