Hi everyone! We own New Heights, a boutique reformer studio in Jersey City Heights, and we’re currently looking to expand our roster of substitute Pilates instructors.
We’re a boutique studio focused on high-quality instruction, thoughtful programming, and creating a welcoming experience for clients of all ages and experience levels.
We’re looking for instructors who are confident in their teaching voice, grounded in Pilates principles, warm with clients, and reliable. Our classes are intentionally small as we have just 7 reformers.
What we’re looking for:
Reformer-certified Pilates instructors
Clear, thoughtful cueing and safe programming
Comfortable modifying for different levels and abilities and injuries
Encouraging with newer clients and people who may feel intimidated by Pilates
Professional, dependable, and kind
Pay + perks:
$45–$65 per class, depending on experience
W-2 employment
No non-compete
Flexible sub opportunities, with the possibility of regular classes as our schedule grows
We’re located in Jersey City Heights, convenient to Hoboken, downtown Jersey City, and NYC.
